Miza’s giving back to his fans
JUST admit it; you love the tabloids…especially the People’s Paper! So, if you have always wanted to do what we do, now’s your chance – because Tumi Modibedi aka Miza, is giving away a media studies bursary to Boston Media House in Benmore, Joburg! Miza, who released his latest album called Moon Dancing which was released in September last year, has been nominated for a MetroFM award in the Hit Single of the Year category.
The co-owner of the production house that brought us the smash hit of 2009 Nka Mo Dira said the purpose of the Miza bursary is to identify a young student that has the potential to be the next media and music entrepreneur in South Africa. How does this work? There will be a drop box at Boston Media House (137-11th Street, Parkmore, Joburg) where students can submit a letter including their views on, “Dream To Be In Media” and why they should be awarded the bursary.
Students also need to know that they must qualify to be a student at Boston Media House with a matric result that will allow them to continue with a diploma course after school.
A copy of the student’s ID and matric results must be attached.
Students that apply for admission at Boston City Campus & Business College will get a response to their applications within two working days. And those that apply long in advance for their 2016 studie…
